At Santa Cruz Paleo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your lifestyle apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
